Melissa Hynson

Melissa Hynson, CVT is the Senior Director of Commercial Development at Veterinary Study Groups. 

Most recently, Melissa was the National Account Director for Elanco Animal Health for the past 11 years.  She brings over 25 years of experience in veterinary medicine and animal health.  Prior to joining veterinary pharmaceutical sales back in 2003, Melissa was an adjust professor at the St. Petersburg College School of Veterinary Medicine and worked as a veterinary practice manager and certified veterinary technician for 8 years.  In addition to being a credentialed veterinary technician, she brings expertise with relationship management, strategic planning and constantly searching for ways to strategically improve, implement and innovate within the workplace.  

Melissa currently lives in Parrish, Florida with her husband Caleb,  two children Corbin and Kemrie and their Jack Russell puppy Palmer.
