I get a feeling of companionship

I get a feeling of companionship. They are my best buds, and I can tell them anything. That is how we have developed our friendship in this management group over the years. As you sit in a room with a group of 20 people, all of whom are going through the same challenges you are, you develop a relationship with that group. I think that is paramount to being able to survive in this business.
